Furthermore, customer agrees to the waiver of all express and implied warranties including but not limited to the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for particular purpose. This is the final agreement and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous discussions regarding Intelligent Concrete, LLC and/or the concrete mix design.
